Services we offer  Customer Service We believe at Flower City Irrigation that Customer service is the most important part of our business.  We dedicate ourselves to communicating with the customer.  This allows us to understand the customer needs.  Then we can fulfill that need. Quoting/Proposal We give the customer a documented proposal with all items broken down by price.  This allows the customer to understand exactly what they are getting for their money.  If we make changes during installation it is easy to understand the economic effect to the customer.  Design All designs are created on a CAD system.  This give us the ability to sample several designs for the optimum coverage at the optimum price.  At the jobs completion we give you the drawings for your reference. Installation We have a proven system to avoid lawn and landscaping damage.  We understand the investment into your property. Set Up We completely program and adjust the system at installation based on input from the customer. Service Contacts We offer several service contracts to meet our customers needs through out the year. Start up, Periodical service, Winterization Pressurizing the system verify no leaks or blockage . Cycling each valve to verify the system is working effectively . Programming the controller to most efficiently irrigate your property . Adjustments to each head for optimum coverage . If your system need adjustment or service during the season this covers all labor. Shut down system and blow out all line, heads, manifolds and Valves to avoid any  damages caused by our harsh winters.    Employee Profiles  Chris Walsh, President of the company, started Flower City Irrigation in the early 1990's and incorporated the business in 2000.  Chris  provides the vision for our company and  is the driving force behind our continued  growth and commitment to quality, service, and customer satisfaction. Lori Walsh, Office Manager, started the company with her husband Chris. Lori is responsible for customer service, public relations, billing, human resources and general office duties. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost concern for all of our staff and Lori is there to make sure that is accomplished. Jeremy Clark  joined the FCI team in 2005 as an account manager. Jeremy has been in the landscape and irrigation industry since 1994 and holds a bachelor's degree in Plant Science/ Landscape Development from State University of New York at Cobleskill. Jeremy is responsible for managing daily operations within the company.
